Questions about onboarding a new centre, escalating a platform issue, or reaching a specific team? Use the channel below that best matches what you need.

Onboard a new centre

To bring a new centre on board, a Platform Admin needs four things from your end:

  • The centre’s legal name and display name.
  • A short, URL-safe centre code (e.g. pune, mumbai). It cannot be changed once provisioned.
  • Statutory identifiers: PAN, 80G registration number, and the FCRA number (if applicable).
  • The email of the first Tenant Admin. Sukrit Nidhi will create that account and issue a temporary password on your behalf.

Email this information to onboarding@nidhi.example.org or speak to your Sukrit Nidhi partner directly. Onboarding typically completes within one business day.

Report a platform issue

For anything that affects a tenant’s ability to transact (sign-in failure, export error, PDF rendering fault, audit chain red flag), reach platform support:

  • Email: support@nidhi.example.org
  • Office hours: 09:00–18:00 IST, Monday–Friday.
  • Severity-1 (total outage): call the operator on your service agreement at any hour.

Please include the tenant’s centre code, the time of the issue (with timezone), and a screenshot or the URL of the page. If the issue involves a specific transaction, quote its receipt or voucher number — never paste the PAN or bank details into an email.

Security disclosures

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability in Sukrit Nidhi, we want to hear from you. Please email security@nidhi.example.org with the details (and, if possible, a reproducer). Do not publish details until we have confirmed the issue is fixed.

We do not operate a formal bug-bounty programme yet, but responsible disclosures are gratefully acknowledged on the changelog by name (with your consent) once the issue is closed.
